Four-Layer Lemon Pie

Ingredients:
1 1/2 Cups Flour (00 type)
1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil (for frying)
2 Tablespoons Sugar heaping
5 Tablespoons Milk (or use about 1/2 C of powdered milk and about 1 C water)
8 Ounces Cream Cheese softened
4 Ounces Whipped Topping thawed
1 Cup Confectionery Sugar (up to 8)
6 Ounces Pudding
3 Cups Milk (or use about 1/2 C of powdered milk and about 1 C water)
1. LAYER 1: Mix all ingredients together and pat into a pie pan.
2. Bake in a preheated 400 degree oven until browned,8 to 10 minutes.
3. LAYER 2: Beat together and pour into pie shell.
4. Chill. LAYER 3: Mix until thickened and pour on cream cheese layer.
5. Chill. LAYER 4: Cover pie with 4 oz. whipped topping.
