Directions:
1. Mix together dry ingredients; cut in lard with a pastry blender until mixture resembles fine crumbs.2. Sprinkle water over pastry, a little at a time, stirring with a fork until mixture forms a soft dough.3. Turn dough out onto a light floured board. Knead about 10 times.4. Roll out to 1/2 inch thick circle; place on a greased baking sheet.5. Bake at 450 for 10-15 minutes until golden. Cut in wedges and serve hot with butter.
