Ingredients:

1/2 Cup Milk
1/4 Teaspoon Salt pinch
1 Tablespoon Sugar (for decoration)
1 Tablespoon Butter clarified **
1/4 Teaspoon Cinnamon (generous)
2 Eggs beaten

Directions:

1. Melt butter in skillet.

2. Mix together eggs, milk, sugar and cinnamon. Coat bread with mixture.

3. Cook in skillet until both sides are brown. Sprinkle with confectioner's sugar.
