1. Combine all ingredients (except olive oil) in a large bowl and mix until well combined.
2. Mixture should be sticky and lumpy.
3. Use hands to shape mixture into patties (about 3 inches in diameter and about 1 inch thick).
4. Lightly oil the bottom of a large skillet.
5. Place patties in skillet and cook for about 3 minutes on each side on a medium heat.
6. Patties can be made smaller (1 " inches in diameter) if used as appetizers.
