5 Tablespoons Butter clarified **
1/3 Cup Water room temperature
4 Ripe Bananas cut into chunks

1. In a skillet, place the sugar and water and cook over a high flame until caramelized.

2. Remove from the heat and swirl in 3 tablespoons of butter.

3. Cool. In a separate skillet, heat the remaining butter and saute the bananas until golden brown.

4. Place the bananas in a serving dish and top with caramel sauce.

5. Sprinkle cinnamon and powdered sugar to taste.
