Ingredients:

2 Cups Brown Rice
1 Cup Turkey Breast cut into bite size pieces
1 Cup Celery coarsely chopped
1 Cup Carrot sliced
3/4 Cup Wheat Germ
1/3 Cup Green Onion sliced
3 Tablespoons Fresh Parsley chopped (optional) l/2 tsp. black pepper l/2 cup fat free Italian salad dressing
1/4 Cup Lemon Juice freshly squeezd

Directions:

1. Combine first eight ingredients in medium bowl.

2. Combine Italian dressing and lemon juice. Pour dressing over salad; mix well.

3. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Makes 3 servings.
