1. Mix together soy sauce, lime juice, Worcestershire sauce, garlic and mustard.
2. Place chicken in a bowl and pour sauce over all.
3. Cover and marinate in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
4. Remove chicken from marinade. Sprinkle with black pepper.
5. Spray non-stick fry pan with butter flavored cooking spray.
6. Heat over medium temperature. Add chicken and cook about 6 minutes on each side or until fork can be inserted in chicken with ease.

Note addition of tarragon,basil, parsl (sic‚) No mention of amounts and no mention in directions of what to do with these herbs.
