Garlic Sauce

Ingredients:

1 Unit Garlic
10 Unit White Bread
1 Cup Olive Oil use a good one
1/2 Cup White Vinegar OR equal combination OF
1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezd
3 Tablespoons Water warmed

Directions:

1. Peel and crush the garlic, the entire head.

2. Remove the crusts from the white bread, and place the crustless bread in a mixing bowl.

3. Add the garlic along with the olive oil and vinegar.

4. Let this soften for 1 hour. Beat with an electric mixer until all is smooth.

5. Don't do this with a food processor as it will be too smooth.

6. Add lemon juice, slowly add water while the mixer is running so you will have a thick and fluffy sauce.
