This recipe is super easy to make and takes no time at all. This is a great alternative to regular muffins.

Ingredients:

1 1/2 Cups Millet or Rice Flour
1/2 Cup Flour
1 Tablespoon Baking Powder
1/2 Teaspoon Sea Salt
1/4 Teaspoon Orange
1 Cup Water or orange juice
1/4 Cup Vegetable Oil
1/4 Cup Syrup

Directions:

1. Combine all dry ingredients.

2. Mix all liquids; add to dry ingredients. Pour into well-oiled pan.

3. For muffins, fill cups full, bake at 375 F 15-20 minutes.

4. For bread, bake 35-40 minutes or until done.
