Ingredients:

2 Tablespoons Raisins
16 Ounces Half & Half
1 1/4 Cups Sugar (for decoration)
1/2 Teaspoon Cinnamon (generous)
8 Ounces Heavy Whipping Cream or Half-& amp;-Half
8 Eggs (250 g)
1/4 Teaspoon Vanilla or peach nonfat yogurt
4 1/2 White Bread slices

Directions:

1. Mix well: Half and half, whipping cream, eggs, sugar and vanilla.

2. Arrange bread on bottom of 10x12 pan. Pour mix over bread.

3. Mix 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon with 1 teaspoon sugar and sprinkle over bread.

4. Spread raisins over top. Cover with foil and bake in water bath at 400 degrees for 75 - 90 minutes.
