1 Package Yeast active dry lukewarm water (110)
2 Cups Bread Flour (up to 7)
1 Cup Whole Wheat Flour finely ground
1/4 Cup Wheat Germ coconut
1/4 Cup Brown Sugar packed
1 Teaspoon Salt
2 Tablespoons Butter small lump
3/4 Cup Raisin Golden chopped fine
1/4 Teaspoon Ground Ginger (up to 3/4)
1/2 Teaspoon Cinnamon to garnish
1 1/2 Cups Water Warm

1. Put all the ingredients in the pan in the order listed, select white bread and press \"Start\".

2. NOTE: Unless otherwise noted all ingredients should be at room temperature.

3. This can be mixed on manual of the bread machine.

4. After Second kneading, remove dough from machine, divide into to equal portions and place in small loaf pans.

5. Cover and let rise to double, about 45 min to 1 hour.
