1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
1 Cup Sugar (for decoration)
1 Cup Brown Sugar up to 3 T
1 Cup Chocolate Chips or white chocolate chips
1 Cup Oats rolled (e.g. Quaker old fashioned)
1 Teaspoon Baking Soda (dissolved in a little warm water)
1 Cup Walnut (1 1/2 to 2)
1 Teaspoon Salt pepper,sugar to taste
2 Cups Flour white or unbleached
1 Cup Vegetable Oil up to 2
3 Eggs beaten

1. Mix all ingredients in order given.

2. Mix with spoon. Spread in greased 12 x 18 inch jelly roll pan.

3. Bake at 350 degrees for 18-20 minutes. Do Not Overbake.
