Ingredients:

1 Slice Gorgonzola Cheese crumbled
1 Apple cored
1 Pear peeled,cored,cubed

Directions:

1. Peel the fruit if you like, cut it into quarters, remove the core and cut into slices.

2. Put the sliced fruit on a plate with the Gorgonzola.

3. Put the rocket leaves on the plate next to the fruit and cheese, then drizzle the honey over them all.
