Ingredients:

1/2 Cup Butter
1 Cup Sugar
1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla
1 Cup Sour Cream
1 Cup Chocolate Chips
2 Cups Cake Flour
1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
1 Tablespoon Flour
2 Eggs beaten

Directions:

1. Cream butter and sugar; add eggs and beat until fluffy.

2. Add vanilla to sour cream. Sift flour, baking soda and baking powder together.

3. Add the sour cream and the dry ingredients to the butter and sugar until combined.

4. Dust the chocolate chips with 1 tbs flour and fold into the batter.

5. Bake in a greased and floured 8 inch square pan at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
