2 Tablespoons Sugar 2 Tablespoons Sugar confectioner'
2 Cups Heavy Whipping Cream 2 Cups Heavy Whipping Cream whipped, optional
1 1/2 Cups Graham Crackers 1 1/2 Cups Graham cracker crumbs ;
1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla 1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla or Almond extract to
1 Unit Salt 1 Unit Few grains salt (optional)

Directions:

1. Soften gelatin in cold water.

2. Dissolve in boiling water. Add sugar and salt.

3. Mix thoroughly. Cool until partially set. Beat until light and fluffy.

4. Fold in stiffly whipped cream, crumbs, and flavoring.
