Green Beans With Lemon Sauce (faglioni Al Lime)

Ingredients:
2 Cups Chicken Broth 2 Cups Chicken broth **
2 Cups Water 2 Cups Water Heated To 105F
1 Pound Green Beans 1 Pound Green beans
2 Tablespoons Margarine 2 Tablespoons Margarine not butter!
1 Unit Vegetable Cooking Spray 1 Unit Vegetable cooking spray *see note
2. Add green beans. Cover and boil for 8 minutes or until tender.
3. Drain. Coat a large skillet with cooking spray.
4. Add margarine until it melts at medium heat.
5. Saute onion in margarine. Add beans and lemon juice.
6. Stir in egg. Cook 3 minutes, stirring frequently, until egg is cooked.
