2. Stir in sugar and ground red pepper; blend well.
3. Stir in nuts to coat. Cook and stir over medium heat 4-5 minutes or until nuts are lightly toasted.
4. Remove from heat; cool completely. Heat grill.
5. Sprinkle cajun seasoning over chicken. When ready to grill, place chicken breast and sausage on gas grill over medium heat or on charcoal grill 4-6" from medium coals.
6. Cook 10-15 minutes or until chicken is tender and juices run clear, turning once.
8. Cut chicken into strips; cut sausage into 1/2" slices.
9. Line 6 salad plates with greens and red bell pepper strips; arrange chicken and sausage on top.
10. Sprinkle with spiced nuts. Serve with dressing.
