Grilled Marinated Portobellos

Ingredients:

1 Pound Portobello Mushroom sliced thick
1/2 Teaspoon Salt or to taste
1 Unit White Pepper freshly ground
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil use a good one
3 Ounces Olive Oil (opt
2 Unit Limes juice of
1 Unit Garlic minced
1 Shallot chopped
1 Teaspoon Fresh Rosemary chopped
1 Teaspoon Fresh Parsley chopped

Directions:

1. Season mushrooms with salt, white pepper and olive oil to taste.

2. Grill over high heat for 4 min or until soft.

3. Let cool. MARINADE: In shallow platter, mix together marinade ingredients.

4. Add mushroom slices. Marinate at least one hour.
