Grilled Pork Cutlet with Rosemary

I bought pork cutlets at the store on sale and was looking for a good recipe. This fits the bill. Great summer time grill recipe.

Ingredients:

1 1/2 lb Pork Cutlets
2 Lemons juiced
2 tablespoons Olive Oil
2 tablespoons Honey
1/2 teaspoon Dried Rosemary
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste

Directions:

1. Place the cutlet between two sheets of wax paper and pound thin with a meat hammer or the bottom of a heavy skillet.

2. Combine the lemon juice, olive oil, honey, rosemary and pepper in a small shallow bowl and mix well.

3. Add the pork meat occasionally.

4. Preheat the grill (regular or George Foreman) and brush with oil.

5. Remove the meat from the marinade and grill, basting occasionally, for 4-6 minutes.
