Grilled Potato With Smoked Salmon

Ingredients:
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil 2 Tablespoons Olive oil use a good one
2. Brush on potato slices. Place on grill and close cover.
3. Grill about 3 minutes per side or until tender.
4. Remove from grill, top with a dab of sour cream, slivers of smoked salmon and a sprinkling of red onion.
