This is a simple dish and sweet pepper is the main ingredient as in the name.It doesnt take too much time because it contains comparatively less number of ingredients.

1 Tablespoon Dijon Mustard or honey mustard
4 Cloves Of Garlic minced
2 Tablespoons Red Onions minced
2 Red Bell Peppers quartered
2 Green Bell Peppers quarter'
