Directions:

Butter the bread. With butter side facing down put two slices of cheddar cheese and two slices tomato on a slice of bread. Season with basil. Stick another slice of bread on top with butter facing out. Repeat for remaining sandwiches. Fry in a pan until cheese is melted and bread is browned. (Make sure to flip the sandwiches so both sides are browned.) Excellent with a bowl of tomato soup!
