Ingredients:

2 Tablespoons Flour (50 g)
1 Can Tomato Paste (6 ounce)
1 Bay Leaf torn into small
1 Quart Water 80 deg,(1/3 cups)
4 Crabs
1 Can Stewed Tomato roughly chopped
3 Pounds Okra cut up
1 Onion chopped
2 Pounds Shrimp peeled
1 Clove Of Garlic minced

Directions:

1. Combine okra, garlic, tomato paste, stewed tomatoes, onion, bay leaf and water.

2. Cook slowly until done. Brown flour, add enough water to make a roux.

3. Add roux, shrimp, crabs and season to taste. Cook slowly until done.
