Hard Rock Cafe Orange Freeze

Ingredients:

2 Cups Sherbet or sorbet
1 Cup Orange Juice
1/4 Cup Milk (or use about 1/2 C of powdered milk and about 1 C water)
1 Unit Pear (4-6 leaves)

Directions:

1. Put the sherbet, juice, and milk in a blender and blend for 15 seconds or just until the sherbet is smooth.

2. You may have to stop the blender and stir the sherbet up a bit to help it combine.

3. Pour the orange freeze into a tall, chilled glass.

4. Place a sprig of fresh spearmint in the top and serve immediately.
