Hazelnut Butter Cups

This is an elegant, yet simple candy recipe. This chocolate nut candy is great to serve at a party, or present as a thoughtful holiday gift.

Ingredients:

1 1/2 Pounds Milk Chocolate
3/4 Cup Hazelnut Butter
1 Dash Salt approximately
1/4 Pound Margarine (I prefer butter)
1 Cup Confectionery Sugar (optional)
2 Tablespoons Graham Crackers --or-

Directions:

1. Combine filling ingredients in the food processor.

2. Store in airtight container. Melt chocolate coating in top of double boiler over hot water.

3. When melted, spoon into small candy mold or paper cup.

4. While chocolate is still soft, place a small spoonful of filling mixture into center of cup.

5. Push one roasted hazelnut into top of filling, allowing chocolate to fill in around sides of paper cup.
