1. Preheat oven to 350 F Spray a bread pan with nonstick cooking spray.
2. Beat together the butter and sugar with a wire whisk or an electric mixer on high speed until smooth.
3. With the mixer on low speed, add the egg and combine.
4. Add the pumpkin, yogurt, honey and vanilla and combine until smooth.
5. In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, salt, ginger and allspice.
6. Fold this mixture into the pumpkin mixture and combine until smooth.
7. Pour into the prepared pan and place in the center of the oven.
8. Bake for 45 to 50 minutes or until a toothpick or inserted into the center comes out clean.
9. Serving Size: 1 slice of bread **Great for pumpkin muffins too! But cooking time for muffins is about 30 minutes.
