6 Tablespoons Canola Oil , divided
3/4 Cup Honey Or Maple Syrup
1/2 Cup Skim Milk chilled
2 Teaspoons Vanilla (up to 5)
1 Cup Flour whole wheat
1 1/2 Cups Oats (oatmeal)
1/2 Teaspoon Baking Powder plus
1/2 Teaspoon Baking Soda heaping
1/2 Teaspoon Salt ; (optional)
1 Teaspoon Cinnamon ground
1 Teaspoon Nutmeg freshly grated
1 1/2 Cups Raisins soaked for an hour in:
