This is an easy recipe if you crave to make your own herbal bread. Just the way people have done it for hundreds of years before you. It is fun and it will fill your kitchen with the old aroma of freshly baked bread.

Directions:
1. In a bowl, add yeast with the water.
2. Stir in 1 1/2 c flour, herbs, oil,
sugar & salt.
3. Allow to rest for 15 minutes.
4.
Sprinkle 1/4 flour on a board & turn the dough onto it.
5. Knead gently,
adding more flour if you need to.
Let rest for 10 minutes.
6. Knead again for
a short time.
Place dough in a 3 3/4"X7 1/2"X2" aluminum foil pan.
7. Allow to proof for
20 minutes.
8. Preheat oven to 350 F & bake for 40 to 50 minutes.
9. Allow to
cool in the pan for 5 minutes before turning out.
