Herb Crisps

Ingredients:

6 Unit Egg Roll Wrappers
24 Unit Cooking Spray
1 1/2 Teaspoons Dried Italian Seasoning
1 1/2 Teaspoons Dried Oregano
1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Salt paprika

Directions:

1. Cut each egg roll wrapper 4 pieces.

2. Fill dutch oven or large pot about 1/2 full of water, bring to boil.

3. Drop in egg roll wrappers 2 at a time, cook 15-20 sec till look like cooked noodles.

4. Use slot spoon and remove 1 at a time. Drain on paper towels in single layer.

5. If stick together, hold under cold water to separate.

6. Spray baking sheet with cooking spray. Arrange wrappers in single layer and sprinkle with spices.

7. Bake 375 for 5 minutes. Turn, additional 3-4 minutes till golden and crisp.
