Homemade Buffalo Wings

1 Cup Mayonnaise low cal
1/2 Cup Sour Cream warmed
1 Teaspoon White Vinegar or lemon juice
1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice or so, up to 3
4 Cups Vegetable Oil plus extra for
1/4 Cup Butter or margarine
2 Tablespoons Onions finely chopped
1/4 Cup Parsley finely chopped
1/4 Cup Blue Cheese crumbled
1 Teaspoon Garlic finely minced
24 Chicken Wings about 4 pound
2 Teaspoons Hot Sauce up to 5 tsp

1. salt and pepper to taste.

2. Heat oil in deep-fat fryer or large heavy pot.

3. When it is quite hot, add half the wings and cook about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

4. When wings are golden brown and crisp, remove them and drain well.

5. Add remaining wings and repeat process. Meanwhile, melt butter in saucepan, add hot sauce to taste and vinegar.

6. Pour hot mixture over wings and mix well to cover.

7. Serve with Blue Cheese Dressing and celery and carrot sticks.

8. Blue Cheese Dressing - Combine above ingredients and chill for one hour before serving.
