Homemade Buns

Ingredients:
1/2 Cup Water 1/2 Cup Lukewarm water
1 Teaspoon Sugar 1 Teaspoon Sugar confectioner'
1 Package Yeast 1 Package Yeast active dry lukewarm water (110ø)
1/4 Cup Sugar 1/4 Cup Sugar confectioner'
1/2 Cup Shortening 1/2 Cup Shortening melted
1 Tablespoon Vinegar 1 Tablespoon Vinegar wine
1 Teaspoon Salt 1 Teaspoon Salt (I used reduced sodium)
2. sugar, Let sit for 10 minutes. Heat 3/4 c water, add shortening to melt, add rest of water,sugar, salt, vinegar and egg.
3. Add yeast mixture and 2 1/2 cups of the flour, beat until smooth, add rest of flour.
4. Let rise until double in bulk. Make into buns and rise again.
