Homemade Pecan Pie

Ingredients:

3 Eggs at room temperature
1 Cup Sugar
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
2 Tablespoons Butter melted
1 Cup Dark Corn Syrup
1 Cup Pecan coarsely chopped
1 Pie Crust unbaked

Directions:

1. Combine sugar and corn syrup in a small saucepan; bring to a boil.

2. Beat eggs at medium speed til blended. Gradually add hot sugar mixture to eggs, beating constantly.

3. Stir in butter, vanilla and pecans. Pour mixture into pie shell; bake at 350 for 40 min.
