Enjoy these with salsa or spinach dip. So good homemade.

Ingredients:

6 Pita Bread pieces
1 tablespoon Olive Oil
1 tablespoon Kosher Salt
Check to Add to My Pantry

Directions:

1. Slice pita bread into chip-size rectangles or triangles.

2. Using a cooking brush, coat with very light layer of olive oil.

3. Sprinkle with salt and place on cookie sheet.

4. Baked at 250 degrees for 20 minutes.

5. Turn over and bake for another 5 minutes or until crisp.
