1 Dash Salt pepper; to taste
2 Tablespoons Butter or margarine Softened
1/4 Cup Honey Or Maple Syrup
8 Slices White Bread preferably
2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice up to 4
2 Eggs slightly beaten
1/4 Cup Milk warm

Directions:

1. Combine beaten eggs, milk honey and salt; dip bread in mixture and fry.

2. Combine all three ingredients in saucepan over low heat.
