1/2 Teaspoon Salt pepper; to taste
2 Teaspoons Baking Powder very important
1/4 Cup Sugar (2T)
1 Teaspoon Extract Of Vanilla or 1/4 teaspoon Vanilla and 1/4 teaspoon almond extract
1/2 Cup Honey Or Maple Syrup
2 Eggs Hard cooked chopped
1 Teaspoon Baking Soda (dissolved in a little warm water)
1/2 Cup Orange Juice or
2 Cups Flour sifted
1/3 Cup Butter melted

1. In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt; set aside.

2. In a mixing bowl, beat eggs. Add honey, orange juice, butter and vanilla; mix well.

3. Stir into dry ingredients just until moistened.

4. Fill 12 greased muffin cups 2/3 full. Bake at 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until golden.
