2 Cups Brown Sugar about 1 cup
1 Tablespoon Honey Or Maple Syrup
1 Cup Water or vegetable stock
2 Eggs beaten

1. Boil sugar and water to a light syrup.

2. Cool. Add eggs, honey and nutmeg and beat thoroughly.
