1 Teaspoon Salt pepper; to taste
1 Pound Ground Beef (lean)
1/4 Teaspoon Pepper cayenne
2 Tablespoons Shortening or margarine
6 Eggs well beaten
1 Onion chopped
1 Can Bean Sprouts drained

1. Saute onion in melted shortening until transparent.

2. Add beef and brown. Mix eggs, salt and pepper and bean sprouts then add to meat mixture.

3. Pour into greased 9x13 inch baking dish and bake 20 to 25 minutes at 350 degrees.
