A great party recipe that is very easy to make.

Ingredients:

6 tablespoons Butter
1 Onion chopped
2 teaspoons Fresh Basil
2 teaspoons Dried Oregano
1/2 teaspoon Dried Thyme Leaves
1/4 cup Fresh Lemon Juice
1/2 cup Sherry Wine
1/4 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper flakes of
3 lbs Mushrooms washed & left whole

Directions:

1. Turn the slow cooker on high.

2. Melt butter; add onion and saute until onion is limp.

3. Turn cooker on low.

4. Add spices, lemon juice, sherry and pepper flakes and allow mixture to steep on low for 1 to 2 hours.

5. Add mushrooms about 15 minutes before guests
