Hot Pepper and Garlic Spaghetti

A quick and simple, yet satisfying, dish. Easy to make and very tasty. Add a side salad and call it dinner in fifteen minutes.

Ingredients:

1/2 Cup Water
1/4 Cup Parsley chopped
1/4 Cup Olive Oil
9 Cloves Of Garlic chopped
1 Pound Spaghetti
3 Chili Peppers fresh or

Directions:

1. Process the chili peppers, 6 of the garlic cloves & the water in a food processor or blender until it makes a pungent, soup-like mixture.

2. Take care when opening up the top, as the fumes will be strong.

3. Bring a large pan of boiling salted water to the boil.

4. Pour the chili & garlic mixture through a sieve into the boiling water; save or discard the solids as desired.

5. Add the pasta to this seasoned boiling water & cook until *al dente*.

6. Drain. Toss the hot, drained pasta with the olive oil & the parsley.

7. Season with salt & serve.
