1 Egg
1 Clove Of Garlic minced
1/2 Pound Ground Pork
1 Onion minced
3/4 Cup Milk
1/2 Pound Ground Beef
2 Tablespoons Ketchup
1/2 Pound Ground Veal
1 Tablespoon Parmesan Cheese
2 Slices White Bread
1 Green Bell Pepper minced

1. Saute the onion and pepper in the oil for 4 to 5 minutes, or until tender but not browned.

2. Season to taste with salt and pepper and stir in the garlic.

3. Cook for 1 minute and set aside to cool. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

4. In a bowl, pour the milk over the bread and let soak for 5 minutes.

5. Squeeze the excess milk from the bread and combine with the remaining ingredients, adding the onion mixture and season with salt and pepper.

6. Divide the mixture into 6 even portions and shape into mini loaves.
