1 Cup Water
1 1/2 Tablespoons Salt freshly ground pepper; to taste
2 Tablespoons Sugar (2T)
8 Cup Flour All-purpose
1/4 Cup Yeast rapid rise

1. Mix the yeast with water, and let stand until bubbly.

2. Add flour, then sugar and salt. Mix and start adding water, until you get something like a pancake batter.

3. Cover and leave for 3 days. Oil a skillet and heat it well (it should be very hot).

4. Pour a little water on the bottom to cool it a little, then return to heat (this is supposed to help form the pores on top).

5. Pour a little batter, spread evenly, and cook over medium heat for 3-4 minutes.

6. The bottom should turn brown, and the top should look like a sponge.

Can you please say how much water, also can you convert the kilos in cup for the flour and tablespoons for the yeast
