This authentic Irish recipe for bread is sweet, hearty and delicious. Starring the pleasant mix of raisins and cinnamon, this raisin bread fills the house with it'ss rich aroma. Put a slice in the toaster for a breakfast, and smell that sweetness all over again.

Ingredients:

1 Package Yeast dry
1 Package Yeast dry
1 Unit Egg Lg
3 Cups Bread Flour (see note) (up to 8)
1/4 Cup Butter (1/4 stick) cut into 6 pieces
1/4 Cup Sugar confectioner'
3/4 Cup Water
1 Teaspoon Cinnamon (or more, to taste)
1/2 Cup Milk
1/2 Teaspoon Salt (I used reduced sodium)
1 Cup Raisin ;
