Blend all ingredients except water kefir in a high powered blender or Vitamix and add water kefir until you reach desired consistency. You could substitute coconut water for water kefir in a pinch but you lose the probiotics...still a super healthy snack though!
1 Tablespoon Instant Coffee or expresso (optional)
1 Teaspoon Vanilla or more; if desired
1 Cup Condensed Milk (14 oz)
2 Tablespoons Chocolate Syrup optional
1 Teaspoon Almond Extract (I use the pure almond extract; not the imitation)
