Italian Black Beans and Rice

Ingredients:

2 Tablespoons Olive Oil or to taste
1/2 Cup Onion chopped
2 Cloves Of Garlic minced
19 Ounces Black Beans undrained
1/2 Cup Cooked Ham cubed (I leave
3/4 Teaspoon Dried Italian Seasoning
5 Drops Hot Sauce 3-5 drops
2 Cups Rice cooked

Directions:

1. Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat until hot.

2. Add onion and garlic, cook 3-5 minutes or until tender.

3. Still in all remaining ingredients except rice.

4. Simmer, cover 6 to 8 minutes. Serve over rice.
