Directions:
1. Combine Parmesan, salt and pepper.2. Flatten chicken breasts (if desired). Heat garlic in butter to melt.3. Cool slightly. Mix half of the garlic butter with the sour cream.4. Lather each breast with the sour cream mixture.5. Roll in Parmesan mixture. Place breasts in foil-lined baking dish.6. Bake, uncovered, at 375F for 25 to 30 minutes.7. Baste often with remaining garlic butter. During last 5 minutes, run under the broiler to brown the cheese.8. Serve with linguine. Cover with sauce in pan and additional Parmesan if desired.
