Ingredients:

3 Tablespoons Baking Powder
1 Cup Vegetable Oil 1.5 TB
2 Teaspoons Extract Of Vanilla or 1/4 teaspoon Vanilla and 1/4 teaspoon almond extract
2 Cups Flour * (6 to 7)
1/3 Cup Orange Juice chilled
2 Teaspoons Cinnamon ground Salt
5 Apples cooking type
4 Eggs hard cooked
2 Cups Sugar pulverized

Directions:

1. OVEN: 350.

2. Grease and flour a 10- inch tube or bundt pan.

3. Combine the above ingredients and beat at medium speed for 10 minutes.

4. Peel and slice 4 to 5 apples in a bowl and add 2 teaspoons each of cinnamon and sugar.

5. Layer half of the batter in pan, then add apples, then the rest of the batter.
