This is an easy preparation with veal steaks as the main ingredient.The preparation doesn\'t take too much time since it contains less number of ingredients.

Ingredients:

3 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil salad
1/2 Teaspoon Salt cayenne pepper
1/2 Cup Evaporated Milk
1/4 Teaspoon Pepper black
1 Pound Veal Sliced Thin
4 Apples Med. Peel And Slice
8 Ounces Yogurt Small Container

Directions:

1. Rub veal steaks with salt and pepper.

2. Heat oil and cook veal slices about 2 minutes on each side.

3. Place veal in an ovenproof casserole. Add cored, sliced apples.

4. Blend evaporated milk and yogurt together. Spread over apples.

5. Place in a preheated 325 degree F oven; cook just until bubbly, about 20 to 30 minutes.
