8 Cups Cabbage very fine chop
1 3/8 Cups Milk at room temperature
1/4 Cup Carrot shredded
1/2 Cup Mayonnaise reduced
1/3 Cup Sugar
1/4 Cup Buttermilk at room temperature
1/2 Teaspoon Salt fresh ground black pepper to taste
1 1/2 Tablespoons White Vinegar Distilled
1/8 Teaspoon Pepper garlic powder and dried cilantro, combined
2 1/2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice fresh

1. Mix milk, mayonnaise, sugar, buttermilk, salt and lemon juice and beat until smooth.

2. Add the cabbage and carrots. Mix well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hrs.
