Ingredients:

1 Cup Couscous
1 1/2 Cups Water or orange juice
1 Teaspoon Salt cayenne pepper
1/3 Cup Raisin golden or dark ***
1 Tablespoon Butter softned

Directions:

1. Measure water, raisins and salt into saucepan; bring to boil.

2. Stir in couscous and butter; cover and remove from heat.

3. Let stand for 5 minutes; fluff with fork. Serve curried vegetables on top for a delicious dinner.
