4 Eggs plus:
2 Tablespoons Salt cayenne pepper
5 Pounds Potatoes grated
2 Onions grated
1/2 Pound Bacon 1"
4 Ounces Milk whole

1. Saute bacon with grated onions lightly.

2. Combine potatoes with bacon,onions,milk eggs, and salt.

3. . Place in oiled glass pan (13 x 9 x 2) Baked at 400 degree for 1/2 hour then lower it to 350 degree until done, till knife inserted in center comes out clean.
